The 250GB Mercury Electra 3G SATA 2.5" Internal SSD from OWC / Other World Computing is compatible with SATA 3 Gb/s interfaces, allowing you to plug this drive into a variety of PC configurations. Take advantage of a max data read speeds of 274 MB/s and max. data write speeds of 253 MB/s over the included SATA connection to transfer data quickly and efficiently. Additionally, this SSD supports both TRIM and S.M.A.R.T. commands and features hardware BCH ECC to correct errors up to 66-bit/1KB. Once installed, the Mercury Electra 3G SSD helps to reduce overall power consumption with improved standby power benefits including active power consumption of 2.1W.
