How do I book a 1-on-1 session?
You can easily book your session either online here or in person at any of our Simply locations.
Can I ask whatever I want about tech, or is it limited to Apple products?
Absolutely! Feel free to ask anything about Apple products or other related technology during your session.
Can you come to my home to provide the 1-on-1 service?
Yes! We offer a convenient in-home support service called Simply@Home for your comfort and convenience.
If I go over the one-hour time period, will there be additional charges?
Yes, our training service is billed with a minimum of 1 hour and increments of 30 minutes thereafter to ensure you receive comprehensive support tailored to your needs.
Can I bring my partners along for this service?
While individual sessions are currently available, we're working on introducing group training sessions soon. Stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter for updates!
What should I prepare before my 1-on-1?
Bring your Apple device and any questions you have. Prepare to have an enjoyable and informative session!
