Before you bring in your Mac for service:

  1. Back up your crucial files! Don’t have a backup? Ask us how we can help you.
  2. Have your serial number handy (How to find your serial number.)
  3. Check your warranty status
  4. Have your administrator (login) password ready for us. Feel free to change it after we’re done.

    We will make every effort to schedule a time that is convenient for you, however please note that your preferred date or time may not be available. A Simply Computing Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm.
    There are a limited number of loaner Macs available at each store. Requesting a loaner doesn't guarantee availability. Loaner Macs only available to customers whose Macs are still under warranty (within the first year of purchase or under AppleCare Protection Plan).
